About Me

I started my own fitness journey over 10 years ago now, not having a specific goal and just winging it. I spent hours every week only doing cardio and not seeing any changes to my physique. Then I began resistance training alongside my cardio and the changes I saw were insane! I felt a huge boost of confidence and I loved

My strength

My strength was increasing, and I was lifting weights that I never thought I’d be capable of. This led me into the incredible sport of powerlifting. I met so many inspiring people, took my training to a new level and even held a European record in the squat!! Fast forward to now, I have remained consistent with my training and nutrition, and I have never felt so good. Now I want to share my experiences and knowledge with you, so that you can also feel confident and maintain a healthy and happy life!
